At B. Tabrizi Law Professional Corp, our primary goal is to provide legal representation and mediation services to ensure that disputes are resolved clearly, creatively and peacefully. We understand that navigating the legal system can be complex and stressful, and we take pride in helping our clients reach fair and enduring resolutions that are also cost-effective.

As the founder of B. Tabrizi Law P.C. in 2015, I strongly believe that there is no single approach to dispute resolution that is right for every individual’s circumstance. That’s why I am a strong proponent of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in family law. Good-faith negotiation and interest-based bargaining can often save people thousands of dollars in legal fees, allow relationships to be mended, and decrease the stress of separation on the family.

As a member of Riverdale Mediation Services, I offer private mediation services. I am also a roster mediator for Toronto Family Mediation Services (formerly mediate393 Inc.). When mediation is not appropriate, litigation may be necessary to achieve your goals. If that is the case, I will advocate for your rights in a professional, civilized, and forthright manner because I believe that cooperative and solution-focused lawyers reach clear, enduring, and cost-effective resolutions for their clients.

I earned my J.D. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2012 and hold a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from York University. In 2017, I became an Accredited Family Mediator through the Ontario Association of Family Mediators and the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario.

In my spare time, I volunteer for the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario, work to connect mediation and family law professionals, and can often be found at the dog park with my four-legged pal, Kiki, or cheering on my favorite sports teams.
