COLLECTIVE is an international architecture office that practices architecture, interiors, and urban design. Founded by Betty Ng in 2015, and co-directed by Juan Minguez, Katja Lam, and Chi Yan Chan, COLLECTIVE is known for its research and concept-driven approach to architecture. The firm is dedicated to creating powerful narratives in their designs while prioritizing clarity, beauty, and function.

With a diverse team of professionals from various international backgrounds, COLLECTIVE brings a wealth of experience to their projects. Team members have previously practiced with prestigious architecture offices, including those of Pritzker Prize-winning architecture studios such as Rem Koolhaas/OMA and Herzog & de Meuron, as senior members. This wealth of experience allows COLLECTIVE to bring a high level of expertise and creativity to their projects.

In addition to their core practice of architecture, COLLECTIVE also engages in academia, preservation, strategies, scenography, exhibition architecture, and experiential art.
