As a bilingual Barrister & Solicitor licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, you earned your J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. You have helped hundreds of people from all over the world through their journey to Canada. Your practice emphasizes complex applications with inadmissibility issues (medical, criminal, security), as well as litigation before the Federal Court and the Immigration and Refugee Board. You have an impressive track record of arguing high-profile cases on refugee protection before the Federal Court of Appeal (e.g. Galindo Camayo v. Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration)).

You have collaborated with several other top immigration firms, such as Bellissimo Law Group PC and Desloges Law Group PC. You have also contributed reports to the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative and the Office of the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food. You have served on multiple committees of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers, and advanced consultative policy briefs through the Canadian Bar Association.
