Liva Nadia

Nadia Liva is a lawyer in Ontario, Canada, who specializes in criminal law and professional regulatory work. With over 25 years of experience, she has represented clients charged with a range of criminal offenses, from theft to murder, and has appeared in courts throughout the province of Ontario. Nadia has also acted as an Assistant Crown Attorney and a Per Diem Crown Attorney in Toronto and Newmarket, and has represented individuals found to be “not criminally responsible” before the Ontario Review Board. In addition, Nadia has developed a collaborative approach to her practice, working with other professionals such as forensic psychiatrists and mental health professionals to provide her clients with comprehensive representation. Nadia has also been a lecturer and instructor at continuing legal education programs offered by the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, and the Advocates Society.
