Welcome to the Musicians’ Clinics of Canada, a specialized clinic founded in 1985 that has been serving performing artists with state-of-the-art assessment, treatment, and products. Our team of medical professionals, including Dr. John Chong, Dr. John McMillan, and Dr. Kat Cottrell, are experienced in assessing and treating a wide range of issues commonly faced by musicians.

As specialists, a medical referral from your family physician is required in order to access health coverage through the Ontario Ministry of Health (OHIP). Once you have a referral, our team can provide comprehensive assessments and treatments tailored to your specific needs. We understand the unique challenges and health concerns that musicians may face due to their profession, and we are dedicated to providing specialized care to help you maintain optimal health and well-being.

In addition to our medical team, we also have Dr. Marshall Chasin, a Doctor of Audiology and the Director of Auditory Research, who specializes in hearing health for musicians. You do not require a medical referral to see Dr. Chasin, and he can provide assessments and treatments related to hearing health and auditory research to help musicians protect their hearing and maintain their auditory health.

At the Musicians’ Clinics of Canada, we are committed to providing exceptional care to performing artists, and we work closely with your family physician and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to your health management. We strive to stay at the forefront of advancements in medical research and technology to provide the best possible care for our patients.

If you are a musician seeking specialized medical care, we encourage you to speak with your family physician about obtaining a referral to our clinic. Our team of experienced medical professionals is here to support your health needs and provide you with the highest standard of care.
